  • Ideal when supporting a group in solving a business challenge or to embed behaviour change post a learning intervention.

    Our qualified & skilled coaches will support a small group of individuals (6-8 max) in navigating practical challenges. The coach will lead the process of unpicking the difficulties, sharing perspectives and enable individuals to identify their next steps. Sessions can be one off or a part of a package.

  • Are you looking to create a culture of learning & growth in your organisation? Where problem solving becomes second nature for your people? Action Learning Sets are your solution!

    A qualified coach facilitates a session with a small group of peers to share challenges, experiences and unpick the learning gained from these. It is an ongoing intervention with the group meeting every 6-8 weeks, over time we can up skill participants to self-facilitate (doing us out of a job!)
